Now this is an hour of television that’s successful by any metric. Given the marvelous title “A Suburban A-Road on the Outskirts of Basingstoke” by the location where Lord Edward Horniman finds his salvation — more on that in a moment — this installment of Netflix’s The Gentlemen is the show’s best, I think.
