Anything interesting going on in San Diego from July 22-26?
I’m gonna be in town and I was hoping someone could recommend something to do. I understand they have a very nice zoo.

I recommend the Original Pancake House on Convoy for a hearty breakfast as the best start to a day of any activity in San Diego.
The Stephen Birch Aquarium is a much better one than Sea World.
Lou’s Records in Encinitas is a must-stop for any music fan.
I hear there’s a nice baseball stadium downtown, if that’s your thing. I was against the siting there when I lived in SD and haven’t made it my business to visit the park in person.

Yeah, Lou’s Records really is the best. There’s also M-Theory, which is in Uptown, but I haven’t been there since they moved there.
Oh, and Joel McHale is playing the night of the 24th at Humphrey’s By The Bay!
And Demetri Martin in downtown on the 25th!
