That smile was the evillest ever. I keep rewinding it to that part. He already has a place in my heart for killing the limey (sorry, Charlie), but that just seals the deal. I predict he’ll show up next year sans arm. Kind of like Herr Starr from Preacher, they’ll just keep taking off bits and pieces of him.
