I’ll paraphrase: “While this may seem like good news, EVERYTHING ACTUALLY JUST SUCKS.” The overall opinion of Iraqis is asserted with no corroboration, no justification, no documentation; a completely unrelated story is tacked on just for shits and giggles at the Americans’ expense. Both are 100% pure spin. It’d almost be breathtaking, if it weren’t so insulting.
